
I found an item in Intuit's knowledge base for Quicken 2002 that this is a known issue where splits have more than 13 lines. "When trying to create a category report Quicken crashes with a Type 1 or 2 error. However, it apparently persists in 2002, as noted by Tim Rinkel: The report ignores the category assigned to the 14th line of any transaction and places the amount in the 'Other' category."
